Where do I begin?

The first step in our building process starts with a cost estimate. We will need a floor plan or online link to a plan you desire along with information on the property you're going to build on. If you need help in these areas please feel free to reach out and we will do everything we can to help!

What is your price per square foot?

There are hundreds of variables at play affecting cost when designing and building a new home. Because of this, we don't have a set price per square foot that we charge. Instead, we work closely with you from the start to determine how to get the most out of your budget.

How long will my build take?

Accepted Answer

There are several variables affecting the construction timeline when building a new home... weather, material availability, client changes, geography, etc. Generally speaking our average build time is seven months!

In what areas do you build?

While most of our custom homes are built here in Mobile AL, we have built numerous homes in surrounding areas. Such as Baldwin County, Dauphin Island, Ocean Springs, and Gautier MS.

What size homes do you build?

Accepted Answer

While we don't necessarily have a square footage minimum or maximum, most of our homes range between 2000 and 6000 square feet. It is important to talk to your builder about how the size of your home (both living and non-living square feet) will affect your overall cost to build.
