Our Story
Ray Mize Construction was established in 1973 by Ray Mize Sr. His passion for home building began at the age of 15 when he assisted his father in constructing their family home. In his early twenties, after exploring various careers, he became inspired to start his own home-building company. As he took on more projects, he developed the skills to pursue this path full-time. Over the years, he expanded his business throughout Mobile and surrounding counties, constructing everything from starter homes to luxury properties, as well developing subdivisions. In late 2019, his son joined the team and is now collaborating with him on many projects.
